Danish chocolate: the makers to know

Danish chocolate runs from the old Copenhagen houses, where Anthon Berg began making filled chocolates in 1884, to makers who work from the bean. Friis-Holm, which roasts and grinds its own cacao at Herslev near Roskilde, has won gold at the International Chocolate Awards every year since 2013.
