Why it is renowned
The box takes the classic Danish flødebolle and gives each of its four pieces its own coating, top and base, from a classic in dark chocolate with a white top on a gianduja base to a Dubai version with kadayif and pistachio in light chocolate.1
The story
Each piece starts from classic flødebolle foam. The salted caramel version adds caramel under light chocolate with a gold top; the nougat-orange version adds a soft nougat cream with orange and kadayif under dark chocolate, on a gianduja base finished with hazelnut brittle.1
