What the site is

Danish Luxury is an independent guide to Danish houses, products and places that are renowned beyond Denmark. It describes them for information only. We sell nothing, take no payment for a place in the guide, carry no advertising and use no affiliate or tracking links. We are not connected to, sponsored by or endorsed by any maker we describe, unless a page says otherwise.

Pictures

The copyright in every picture of a product, a building or a place on this site belongs to the respective brand, maker or photographer, not to us. The pictures are copied from the makers' own websites to show their work, and the source of each is recorded; each page names the site its pictures come from. We claim no rights in them. A rights holder who does not want a picture shown here can write to legal@danishluxury.com naming the page, and the picture is removed promptly.

Names and trademarks

Brand names, product names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners. They are used only to identify and describe the owners' own products and places. Their use implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Our text

The text of the guide, its selection and its arrangement are ours. You may quote short passages with a link to the page. Please do not copy pages or the guide as a whole.

Accuracy

Every fact is taken from a source listed on its page and checked again on a fixed interval, but makers change, and a page can be out of date or wrong. The site is provided as it is, without warranty. Check with the maker before you rely on anything here for a purchase or a journey. Corrections are welcome at desk@danishluxury.com.

Links

Pages link to the makers' own websites and to nothing else outside the guide. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, their products or their terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed.
