Why it is renowned

It is built on Amber Classic, the golden chocolate Summerbird patented in 2015. The maker describes it as neither white nor dark, with a flavour and silky texture it compares to crème brûlée.1

The story

Amber is a butterfly-shaped chocolate: a caramel ganache flavoured with Piedmont hazelnuts and vanilla, enclosed in golden Amber Classic chocolate.2 Summerbird developed its Amber chocolate in three variants: Amber Classic, Amber Blond and Amber Noir.1
