Danish marzipan

Marzipan is an old Danish treat: Anthon Berg first gave it to customers waiting in his Copenhagen shop, and put it into production in 1898. Odense Marcipan, founded in 1909, is one of the largest marzipan makers in the world and sells in about 25 countries.
