Danish soft toys: the makers to know

Denmark's best-known soft toys are Maileg's fabric mice and rabbits, made in Herning since 1999, each dressed in hand-sewn clothes and given its own miniature furniture. Maileg's European store serves more than twenty-five countries, and the company has run a North American arm from Atlanta since 2008.
