The story
Høst means harvest in Danish, and Nordic produce and seasonal greens decide the menu.1 The restaurant sits in an old Copenhagen building on the corner of Nørre Farimagsgade and Ahlefeldtsgade, near Nørreport station, with exposed brick walls and Danish mid-century furniture.13 It is one of the restaurants of the Copenhagen group Cofoco.1 Dinner is a set menu of three or five courses, with a wine pairing to match.12
