Designmuseum Danmark shows the furniture and objects of Arne Jacobsen, Kaare Klint and other Danish designers in an 18th-century hospital building in Copenhagen. The National Museum covers 14,000 years of Danish history, from the reindeer hunters of the Ice Age to the Vikings, and in Roskilde the Viking Ship Museum was built around five Viking ships sunk in the fjord around 1070 and raised in 1962.
