Why it is renowned
Plus-Plus is sold in more than 40 countries.1 The company set up its own organisation in the United States in 2012 and opened an office for the UK and Ireland near London in 2023; schools and kindergartens were among its first users.1
The story
Plus-Plus began in Holbæk in the 1980s, with a single shape meant to leave the building to the child.1 The pieces are still developed and made in the company's own factory in Holbæk, which runs on wind power.12 The same shape comes in three sizes: 20 by 12 millimetres, BIG at 50 by 30 millimetres for the youngest, and KÆMPE at 290 by 174 millimetres.1
