The story
Rasmus Kofoed and Søren Ledet opened Geranium in the spring of 2007 in Kongens Have, the King's Garden in Copenhagen; it won a Michelin star in 2008 but had to close in 2009.1 It reopened in 2010 in Parken, the football stadium in Østerbro, and received a second star in 2013.1 The dining room is on the eighth floor, looking over the treetops of Fælledparken towards the copper roofs of the city and the wind turbines in the Øresund.2 Kofoed leads the kitchen and Ledet runs the dining room and the wine.2
