Why it is renowned

TRI has held one Michelin star since the 2023 edition of the Michelin Guide and keeps it in 2026.1 It is one of 42 restaurants in Denmark with a star in the 2026 guide, which covers Denmark together with Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden in one Nordic edition.1

The story

TRI is the restaurant of chef Nicolas Min Jørgensen, built on the produce of the area and the local growers the restaurant counts as friends.2 With the North Sea and the Limfjord as neighbours, the menu changes constantly with the season.2
