Why it is renowned
Domæne has held one Michelin star since the 2023 edition of the Michelin Guide and keeps it in 2026.1 It is one of 42 restaurants in Denmark with a star in the 2026 guide, which covers Denmark together with Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden in one Nordic edition.1
The story
Head chef Jens Vincent leads the kitchen at Domæne, which bridges elegant Nordic cooking and the complexity of French sauces in a tasting menu of small and larger servings.2 The restaurant manager, Joakim Thomassen, trained as a sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers in London in 2019, and the list leans on the classic wine regions of Europe.2 The dining room sits beneath a dome at Gødstrupvej 62.3
