Why it is renowned
NN.07 became known well beyond Denmark when its Gael 8267 wool jacket was worn by Jeremy Allen White as Carmy in the FX series The Bear.1 Complex and Hypebeast reported on the jacket and its restocks, the first of which, in March 2023, sold out in minutes; Hypebeast wrote in 2024 that viewers had flocked to the Copenhagen label's site to buy it.23 The label runs its own flagship stores in New York and London and at NK in Stockholm.4
The story
NN.07 was founded in 2007; the name stands for No Nationality.5 The label says it designs clothes to be worn for years, as a counter to fast fashion.6 Its flagship store is at Gammel Mønt 7 in Copenhagen.4 Its third collaboration with the Puglian bootmaker Fracap is a leather lace-up boot on a Vibram sole.7
