Why it is renowned

45 Days Organic Pilsner belongs to To Øl's 45 Days range, which also holds a Vienna lager and an India pale lager.1 In 2022 the Amager branch of Danske Ølentusiaster, the Danish beer drinkers' association, named it the To Øl beer to try when it nominated the brewery for Danish Brewery of the Year.2

The story

To Øl ferments and matures the pilsner for 45 days, holding that a slow fermentation makes a better pilsner.3 It is an organic pilsner of 4.7 per cent, sold in 33 cl and 44 cl cans.43
