Why it is renowned
In 2014 the British site The Beauty Shortlist called it Tromborg's signature product and noted that QVC had called it a "winter coat for skin".1 Tromborg marks it as a bestseller.2
The story
Marianne Tromborg designed the cream for her own very sensitive skin.1 Its actives include a glycoprotein from microorganisms that live in the cold depths of the Arctic Ocean, meant to protect the skin from wind and low temperatures.2 Chondrus crispus seaweed from the Bay of Biscay, mango kernel butter, mallow and tamarind seed extract moisturise and calm the skin, with macadamia oil, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E.2 Despite the name, Tromborg sells it for use all year, in 50 ml, for sensitive, irritated and problem skin.2
