Why it is renowned
Vogue Hong Kong chose the cream among five Rudolph Care products in its 2019 guide to Danish beauty brands, beside the house's açai facial oil and its self-tanning drops.1 It carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and Ecocert COSMOS Organic certification.2
The story
The cream is meant to calm skin under strain from wind, weather, pollution or strong active ingredients, and is used morning and night.2 Its base is a blend of organic oils from coconut, almond, olive, açai and jojoba.2 The brown alga Laminaria ochroleuca is there to ease redness, wild ginger lily to shield the skin from the blue light of screens, and aloe vera and organic chamomile to hold moisture.2 It is scented by its ingredients and a trace of the house's own scent, is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, and also carries the Vegan Trademark.2
