Why it is renowned
The Dressage Jacket carries the hardware HELIOT EMIL is known for: a logo-engraved metal staple on the chest and a branded two-way metal zip.1 It belongs to the spring/summer 2026 'Equine' collection, which Vogue Scandinavia covered look by look when it was released in March 2026.2 The magazine read the collection as cleaner than earlier seasons, with sharply cut pieces that each keep one signature detail.2
The story
The 'Equine' collection takes the horse and its gear as its theme. Creative director Julius Juul tied it to the label's idea of "industrial elegance", since horses were once working animals on farms and in war.2 HELIOT EMIL released it in March 2026 as a digital see-now-buy-now presentation instead of a runway show.2
The jacket is cut straight and short, with a collar, diagonal jet pockets and a two-way metal zip. It is made of 90% recycled nylon and 10% spun polyester, comes in black and is sized 44/XS to 54/XXL.1
