Why it is renowned
The Bou Bag is the signature bag shape of GANNI.1 For autumn/winter 2026 the house added the Very Bou Bag, a version of that shape with a flap and a butterfly lock, which Vogue Scandinavia counted among the label's cult pieces.1
The story
GANNI made the Bou Bag in recycled leather as part of its plan to stop using virgin leather in all its products by the end of 2023.2 It has a hexagonal shape and carries the GANNI Butterfly logo, and it comes as a Mini and a Small Bou Bag, with wallets and accessories in the same line.2
