Why it is renowned

The AMS was one of Biomega's city bikes, and the model it also made as an electric bike.1 It was one of Skibsted's two classic city-bike designs, with the CPH, that Biomega's BER e-bike later built on.2

The story

Biomega launched the first generation of the AMS in 2002, and the electric version followed in 2019, designed by the studio KiBiSi.1 Biomega no longer made it; its range came down to the BER e-bike.3
