Who What Wear, in a guide to Danish beauty brands, picked ECOOKING's Cleansing Milk for sensitive or dry skin, naming its organic sunflower oil, cucumber extract and organic glycerin.1 The cleansing milk is the founder Tina Søgaard's own favourite and was one of the first seven products she made for her own skin.2
The story
Tina Søgaard made the cleansing milk for her own skin, as one of her first seven products.21 It cleans more gently than a cleansing gel and is meant for dry, sensitive and mature skin.2 Organic sunflower oil softens and protects against drying out, natural vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, and organic cucumber water and aloe vera calm the skin.2 The fragrance-free version is vegan, dermatologically tested and AllergyCertified, with every ingredient assessed for allergy risk, and contains no silicone or alcohol.2 It is developed in Denmark and sold in a 200 ml bottle.2
