Why it is renowned
The A-Shelf is a modern reinterpretation of the Amager shelf, a well-known Danish wall shelf.1 In its guide to Scandinavian design brands, Livingetc picks it out as a classic Andersen piece.2
The story
The Andersen Design Team drew the A-Shelf to hold pictures and small things.1 It can be hung facing different directions, and several can be combined into one wall.1
